Welcome to the U.S.A.

Displaying his citizenship bear. Silly boy!
Having fun with daddy!

When a child arrives from China, they become a U.S. Citizen upon entry into the country. About 3 weeks later , they receive a certificate of citizenship which is very important. It is a great feeling to finally to have that piece of paper in your hands.

Our FCC "Families With Chinese Children" group will often do a "new citizenship celebration" each year (usually in July to coincide with July 4 holiday). Our group had 5 (I think ) new citizens this year (and more to come home). It was a fun time just to get together and fellowship, play and of course, eat!!!

Welcome home Adrian. We love you!!!!
